What are the three "levels" of SkinnyBox?

LEVEL 1: Fatburn (START HERE)

For Level 1, aka Fatburn, your daily intake will consist of:

  • 2 Fatburn Activators (shakes, pudding, hot chocolate, smoothie or cappuccino) and
  • 3 Any Skinny Packs (only 1, One-A-Day Bar per day allowed. One-A-Day Bars are optional) and
  • The 1 Meal

Skinny Packs may be mixed with water or coffee. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk is allowed per day. You can stay here as long as you are losing. If you hit a stall, then you can switch to Furnace for 2 weeks to break the stall and come back or stay on Furnace. This is a long-term level

Level 2: Furnace

For Level 2, aka Furnace, your daily intake will consist of:

  • 3 Fatburn Activators (shakes, pudding, hot chocolate, smoothie or cappuccino) and
  • 2 Any Skinny Packs (only 1, One-A-Day Bar per day allowed. One-A-Day Bars are optional) and
  • The 1 Meal

Skinny Packs may be mixed with water or coffee. 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk is allowed per day. You can stay here as long as you are losing. If you hit a stall, then you can switch to Furious for 2 weeks to break the stall and come back or stay on Furnace. This is a long-term level

Level 3: Furious

For Level 3, aka Furious, your daily intake will consist of:

  • 5 Fatburn Activators (shakes, pudding, hot chocolate, cappuccino, or smoothies. All must be made with water or black coffee only, no unsweetened almond milk on this level and
  • The 1 Meal

This level should be sustained for at least two weeks for full effect. No One-A-Day Bars are allowed on this level. This level should only be used to break a stall and is not meant as a long-term level.


One-A-Day Bars

These are OPTIONAL products and include: Caramel Nut Bar, Shortbread Cookie Bar, Fudge Graham Bar, Peppermint Cocoa Crunch Bar, Caramel Cocoa Bar, Cinnamon Bar, Dark Chocolate S’mores Bar, Double Berry Breakfast Bar, Peanut Butter Chocolate.

Fiber Infusers

These are to be used on any level up to 2 times per day. These also count as water.
